About Me
Hi! I’m Debagnik Kar, though online I often go by Rak. I’m an engineer by profession, a learner by choice, and a chronic tinkerer by habit. My background is in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, and I currently work as a Software Engineer at IBM, where I dive into backend development, cloud platforms, and sometimes even the mysterious world of SAP Commerce.
But that’s just one side of me. This blog is the other.
Here, I write about things that fascinate me outside of code:
- My journey into learning Japanese (currently working toward JLPT N5).
- Notes, lessons, and small discoveries while studying new scripts and words.
- Occasional ramblings about anime, music, and internet culture (yes, including “Triple Baka”).
- Reflections on life, tech, and whatever else feels worth sharing.
I like to think of this blog as my digital notebook, a place to store curiosities, experiments, and lessons learned. Most posts are licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0, so feel free to share or remix them as long as credit is given.
